Dr. Leah Chodroff grew up in York, PA before graduating from Kenyon College with a BA in Chemistry. Before starting medical school she worked in Washington, DC at a firm doing research for the health care industry. She graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2012. During her medical school career she volunteered at the Eliza Shirley Women's Shelter clinic, helping underprivileged women and children on a weekly basis. She also had the opportunity to travel to northern India for a summer and provide medical care for the villages in the base of the Himalayas. Leah is interested in colorectal surgery, and hopes to continue reaching out to under-served populations throughout her career.
