Biosketch: Dr. Kakar went to medical school at Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India graduating top of his class in 2004. He did one year of General Surgery internship at Brown University, Rhode Island before joining UTHSCSA for General Surgery residency. He is a big sports fan in general with soccer and cricket leading the way.
