Biosketch: Prejesh Philips, after graduating top of his class from St Columbas School, completed his medical School at MAMC in New Delhi and started general surgical training there. He did his clinical research on laparoscopic inguinal hernia and the work was published In Surgical Endoscopy. He then completed his inter year at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY and is currently completing his surgical residency at UTHSCSA. Special interests include MIS and transplant and is hoping to pursue a career in academic medicine.
