Biosketch: Dr. Roy graduated from VSS Medical College, India. He completed his basic surgical training from Yorkshire (England) and was entitled with the membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. His interest in laparoscopic surgery led to a research fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery and bariatric surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Florida before starting surgical residency.
