Biosketch: Dr. Wiersch graduated from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 2009. Prior to graduation, he gained additional medical experience by providing emergency medical services to several eastern Pennsylvania communities as a paramedic. In his fourth year of medical school, he was a member of a medical mission to Guayaquil, Ecuador, where he assisted with the evaluation, operative treatment, and post-operative care of children with congenital heart disease. When not working, he enjoys photography, running, and hiking.
