Dr. McNeil graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical School in 2002.
He completed his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in San Antonio,
Texas and served as Chief Resident in 2005. Dr. McNeil was an active core
faculty member and served as the curriculum director for the BAMC Emergency
Medicine Residency Program from 2005-2009. He received the BAMC faculty teacher
of the year award in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Additionally, he has received
numerous awards during his military career and joined the University of Texas
Health Science as Program Director for the Residency Program in September 2010.
Andrew E. Muck, MD

Dr. Muck graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2004. Following
medical school, Dr. Muck completed an Emergency Medicine residency at Wilford
Hall Medical Center in 2007. He was the Associate Program Director for the
SAUSHEC Emergency Medicine Residency Program from 2009-2011 and is an Assistant
Professor of Military and Emergency Medicine at the Uniformed Services
University at Bethesda, MD. He has received numerous awards during his military
career and joined the University of Texas Health Science as Associate Program
Director for the Residency Program in August 2011.
Craig Cooley, MD

Dr. Cooley graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Medicine
in 2001. He completed his residency through the SUNY-Buffalo Emergency
Residency program in 2004. After residency, Dr. Cooley completed at an EMS
Fellowship through SUNY-Buffalo/Erie County Department of Health and obtained a
Master of Public Heath during that time from SUNY-Buffalo. He
also worked for the Erie County Health
Department as Medical Director for the Specialized Medical Assistance Response
Team (SMART) from 2007-2011, and also served as Medical Director
for several EMS agencies in Western New York. He sat on the Western Regional
Emergency Medicine Advisory Committee and also served on the State Emergency Medicine Advisory
Committee in Albany, NY from 2007-2011. In addition to his clinical
responsibilities, Dr. Cooley has been a Paramedic since 1995, and is involved in developing Emergency Medicine
and EMS in Vietnam through the Good Samaritan Medical/Dental Ministry since
2007. He joined the UTHSCSA faculty in October 2011.
