Biosketch: Dr. William A. Gibson, MD graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1981 from the University of Pittsburg. He attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, earning his MD in 1986. Following medical school, Dr. Gibson completed a Pediatric residency at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH in 1989 and an Emergency Medicine residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center in 2001. He was the Associate Program Director for the SAUSHEC Emergency Medicine Residency Program from 2001 – 2006. He joined the Division of Emergency Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor in May 2010.
