Biosketch: Dr. McNeil graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical School in 2002. He completed his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in San Antonio, Texas and served as Chief Resident in 2005. Dr. McNeil was an active core faculty member and served as the curriculum director for the BAMC Emergency Medicine Residency Program from 2005-2009. He received the BAMC faculty teacher of the year award in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Additionally, he has received numerous awards during his military career and joined the University of Texas Health Science as Program Director for the Residency Program in September 2010.
