Biosketch: Dr. Rush M. Twilley, MD, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2001 at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. He attended Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, VA, earning his MD in 2005. Following medical school, Dr. Twilley completed an Emergency Medicine residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in 2008.
